Return & Refund Policy

•  7-Day Return: You must request return approval within 7 days of delivery.
• Return Approval Required: Email us at dokarhofficial@gmail.com to get your return approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Once approved, customers must ship the item back to our warehouse at their own expense. The return address will be provided in the approval email. 
• Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Items that do not pass quality check will not be refunded.
• Return Charges: No additional deduction, but customer bears return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive the item and it passes our quality check.
