RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Dokarh Exchange Policy

  • Exchange will not be eligible for any product bought, except for defective items or damaged packages received.
  • Only product return will be considered as per the policy stated below.
  • Please note that we don't allow any returns or exchanges for Flash Sale products.

How to Return:

  1. Initiate a Return: Initiate a return by emailing us at dokarhofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been approved, you will be required to send the product back to us using your own courier service. Please share the tracking details with our customer care at dokarhofficial@gmail.com.
  2. Approval Required: The return must be first approved by customer care via the official email id: dokarhofficial@gmail.com. Only after receiving approval should the customer send the return courier.
  3. Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Dokarh is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. Please provide our customer service with the carrier and tracking number.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, which includes ensuring that tags are intact, the product has not been worn, and all accessories are included.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund to Original Accounts: Refunds will be issued to the original account or a new account provided by the customer.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

General Returns Policy:

  • Eligibility: Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing items, is defective, differs from the description on Dokarh.com, or if there is a size issue.
  • Conditions for Return: Returns will be processed only if:
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
    • The product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, and all accessories included).
    • The return is due to a size issue (no exchanges for size issues; only returns for refund).
  • Non-returnable Products: Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect before issuing a refund. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect before issuing a refund.

Exchange Policy:

  • Conditions for Exchange: Products are not eligible for replacement unless they are damaged upon receipt. Exchanges are only applicable for defective items received or damaged packages. If the product is not available, refunds will be given.

Proof of Damage:

  • Unboxing Video: For any issues related to damaged products/packages, an unboxing video and photos must be provided when sending the complaint email.

International Orders:

  • Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, international orders are eligible for refunds, and customers must contact customer service within 5 business days from the delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.

Misuse of Policy:

  • In cases of misuse of the return policy by excessively returning, canceling, or not accepting orders, Dokarh reserves the right to warn, suspend, block, or terminate such customer accounts as necessary.

Special Circumstances:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery won't be accepted unless authorized for special circumstances.

  • If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days of delivery.
